NASA Glenn Visitor Center 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. On March 10, 2006, the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter will arrive in Mars' orbit. As it surveys the red planet, the orbiter's
high-powered cameras will allow scientists to view the surface in greater detail to support future robotic and human missions
to Mars. While it orbits overhead, our two intrepid explorers, Spirit and Opportunity, will continue their geologic investigation
of water's role in shaping the surface of Mars.
